Lacey Viator, IOM
Lacey Viator brings over 7 years of experience in the nonprofit industry to her role as Interim President and CEO of the Broussard Chamber of Commerce. With a strong background in strategic planning, organizational management, putting on dozens of events for both the City of Broussard and chamber, and fostering collaborative relationships with members big and small; Lacey is dedicated to advancing the interests of Broussard’s business community.
Before assuming her current position, Lacey served as the Vice President of Operations at the chamber, where she handled financials, event planning, participated in professional development and completed a four-year course to become IOM (U.S. Chamber of Commerce Institute for Nonprofit Organization Management) certified.
Throughout her career, Lacey has demonstrated her commitment to the Broussard community, along with her passion for helping business prosper. She is excited to see what the future holds for the Broussard Chamber of Commerce and City of Broussard, putting Business and Community 1st.
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT DIRECTOR
Katie Harris
Katie Harris serves as the Chamber’s Community Engagement Director. Her primary responsibility is to ensure that our members have an incredible experience as we work collaboratively with them to grow our community. Katie’s recent experience in media, as well as her outgoing personality and keen ability to create and maintain relationships, make her the perfect fit for the Chamber’s growing team and our dynamic city. Katie is an active member of Broussard, living here, educating her children here, and volunteering often to foster growth within several local organizations.
