Stacy assumed the role of President & CEO in 2019 after serving as the Chamber’s Community Development Manager. Her background in program management serves as a solid foundation upon which she will continue her work in supporting the Chamber and its members. Stacy works closely with community leaders in and around Broussard to bring positive attention to our area, thereby encouraging others to visit Broussard, to do business with our local merchants and to enjoy all that our community has to offer.

Lacey Viator

Vice President of Operations

Lacey Viator began working as the Community Development Manager in 2019. With years of experience working with other Chambers of Commerce she brings knowledge, creativity and positivity to the Broussard Community. Lacey is at the forefront of planning and organizing events for the chamber and the city. She also enjoys creating new relationships and ways to help local businesses prosper. Lacey is proud to be a part of the growth of the City of Broussard and looks forward to witnessing it’s future successes.

Jody began his role as Development Director for the Broussard Chamber Foundation in June 2022, after retiring from a 40-year career with SLEMCO, where he was performing business development and economic development. Jody had served as a Broussard Chamber of Commerce board member for several years and was also a founding board member of the Broussard Chamber Foundation when it was formed in 2021. It was a natural fit for Jody to accept a position where he could help guide the development of the Foundation and to continue serving the Broussard community.

Community Engagement Director

Maureen Dugas Foster’s super power is manifesting abundance. She is fueled by her passions of creating value through meaningful experiences. Since 2006 Maureen has worked in architecture firms throughout Louisiana, founded a nonprofit for women in architecture called Designing Women of Acadiana, been the first ever Director of Downtown Lafayette Unlimited, and leased up the initial phase of Bottle Art Lofts as the Property Manager for the catalyst project located at Four Corners in Lafayette. She is thrilled to begin a new journey as the Community Engagement Director and grow with the Broussard Chamber of Commerce.
